How Our Vacuum Insulation Line Ensures Zero Thermal Leakage

Vacuum insulation performance depends on the vessel structure, process and test conditions. The following are the project parameters supplied for this plan and should remain tied to the applicable product and test record.

Specified parameters

  • Vacuum level: 10^-3 Pa.
  • Hot: >68°C for 12h.
  • Cold: <5°C for 24h.
  • Production setup: 3 vacuum pumping lines.

Process and QC sequence

  1. Prepare and inspect inner and outer vessel components.
  2. Complete vacuum pumping, including secondary vacuum pumping.
  3. Perform 100% infrared temperature measurement QC.
  4. Record model-specific test setup and results for the production lot.

When comparing performance, identify starting temperature, ambient conditions, fill volume and elapsed time. Confirm which model and test record apply to the project.
